Whew, that last entry took it out of me.
So, to keep this one short and sweet: here's a site that has it all: UI-related commentary, cartoons, job listings, links... a good place to settle down for a spell.

And for good measure, another great site is Widgetopia.net, which is, as they say, a "collection of widgets and UI elements from various websites, with notation of their sterling or plate metal qualities."
